 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm Exhibitor Registration Opens and Move-In*

Thursday, January 29, 2026

8:00 am – 11:00 am Exhibitor Registration/Move-In*
10:30 am – 10:45 am Exhibitor Meeting via audio stream through sound system in exhibit hall
11:00 am – 5:00 pm Exhibit Hall Open
11:00 am – 12:00 pm Dedicated Exhibit Hall Time
4:00 pm – 5:00 pm Dedicated Exhibit Hall Time
* All exhibits must be completely set up (empty crates and boxes removed from booth) by 10:30 am on Thursday, January 29, 2026. The loading dock will close at 11:00 am and no additional freight will be permitted in unless authorized by the IAPD Conference Director.


Friday, January 30, 2026

 9:00 am – 12:00 pm Exhibit Hall Open
 11:00 am – 12:00 pm Dedicated Exhibit Hall Time
 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm Exhibit Hall Open
 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm Dedicated Exhibit Hall Time/Dessert in Exhibit Hall (ticketed event)
 **3:00 pm – 6:30 pm Exhibitor Move-Out (Exhibitors may not break down their booth until after 3:30 pm)
**Your booth must remain in place and staffed until 3:00 pm. If you do not comply with this requirement, you will be prohibited from exhibiting again in 2027 and you will forfeit all accumulated exhibitor priority points.

2026 Booth Package Options and Fees

  WITH TABLE WITHOUT TABLE ENDCAP SURCHARGE
Standard Booth Package* $1,620 $1,500  $150 per booth

* Standard booth package includes up to 300 lbs of material and handling services through Freeman.  Over 300 lbs, you will be charged and responsible for payment directly to Freeman at $3.65 per lb.

Booth Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be done in writing and submitted to Sue Triphahn at striphahn@ilparks.org. Cancellations received on or before October 27, 2025, will receive a refund in full, less a $100 per booth processing fee. No refunds will be processed on or after October 28, 2025, except if the show is unable to take place in-person. If this is the case, a full refund will be processed, and your company will not forfeit any pre-earned exhibitor priority points.
