2027 Booth Package Options and Fees​
Standard Booth Package*
$1650 (includes a 6’x30” skirted/draped table)
Endcap Surcharge: $150 per booth
* This does not include any material and handling services provided by Freeman. This fee is an additional $3.77 per lb.

2026 Exhibitors will have access to reserve booth space beginning on Monday, June 8 and Tuesday, June 9. Each company will receive their assigned day/time via email in mid-May. If you do not receive this correspondence by May 11, email striphahn@ilparks.org.
Booth Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be done in writing and submitted to Sue Triphahn at striphahn@ilparks.org:

Cancellations received on or before October 26, 2026, will receive a refund in full, less a $100 per booth processing fee.

NO refunds will be processed on or after October 27, 2026, except if the show is unable to take place in-person. If that is the case, a full refund will be processed, and your company will not forfeit any pre-earned exhibitor priority points.
