4:00 pm – 5:00 pm Dedicated Exhibit Hall Time

* All exhibits must be completely set up (empty crates and boxes removed from booth) by 10:30 am on Thursday, January 28, 2027. The loading dock will close at 11:00 am and no additional freight will be permitted in unless authorized by the IAPD Conference Director.
Friday, January 29, 2027
9:00 am – 12:00 pm Exhibit Hall Open
11:00 am – 12:00 pm Dedicated Exhibit Hall Time
1:00 pm – 3:30 pm Exhibit Hall Open
1:45 pm – 3:30 pm Dedicated Exhibit Hall Time/Dessert in Exhibit Hall (ticketed event)
**3:30 pm – 6:30 pm Exhibitor Move-Out (Exhibitors may not break down their booth until after 3:30 pm)

**Your booth must remain in place and staffed until 3:30 pm. If you do not comply with this requirement, you will be prohibited from exhibiting again in 2028 and you will forfeit all accumulated exhibitor priority points.

2027 Booth Package Options and Fees:
Standard Booth Package*
$1650 (includes a 6’x30”skirted/draped table, two chairs, and waste can)
ENDCAP SURCHARGE $150 per booth
* Material and handling services available through Freeman. You will be charged and responsible for payment directly to Freeman at $3.77 per lb.

Booth Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be done in writing and submitted to Sue Triphahn at striphahn@ilparks.org:

Cancellations received on or before October 26, 2026, will receive a refund in full, less a $100 per booth processing fee.

NO refunds will be processed on or after October 27, 2026, except if the show is unable to take place in-person. If that is the case, a full refund will be processed, and your company will not forfeit any pre-earned exhibitor priority points.
