Rates at the Hyatt Regency Chicago and the Swissotel Chicago

  • Single/Double Occupancy = $115
  • Triple Occupancy = $135
  • Upgrades at the Hyatt Regency Chicago are $30 per room to upgrade to Deluxe Room; $50 per room to upgrade to Regency Club; and $30 per room to upgrade to Business Plan
  • Upgrades at the Swissotel Chicago are $20 per room to upgrade to Lakeview room and $40 per room to upgrade to corner king room

Please Note:

• One night’s deposit is due with your reservation. Room deposits are refundable if cancellation is made by December 19, 2011. By the decision of the IAPD/IPRA Joint Conference Committee, there will be no room deposits refunded after December 19, 2011.
• The cut-off date is January 2, 2012. Reservations made after this date may pay a higher hotel rate and are subject to availability.
• Reservations are first-come, first-served.
• When cancelling any hotel room, request a cancellation number and the name of the reservation personnel giving you that number.

IAPD member agencies or IPRA members interested in reserving a suite must contact Dina Kartch of IPRA first at dina@ilipra.org. Forty-eight hours after IPRA has given approval, you must contact the Hyatt Regency Chicago or the Swissotel Chicago directly. Exhibitors interested in reserving a suite must contact Sue Triphahn of IAPD first at striphahn@ILparks.org. Forty-eight hours after IAPD has given approval, you must contact the Hyatt Regency or the Swissotel Chicago directly.
